All Patron Sponsors of the tournament will receive special recognition at the dinner functions.  We strive to ensure that our Patron Sponsors are provided maximum exposure where ever possible.

In an effort to maintain the tournament’s exclusivity, no substitute teams will be accepted. For example, if you have submitted your entry fee by the May 15th deadline and cannot attend the tournament, for whatever reason, your invitation may not be passed along to someone else within your organization. Your entry fee will, however, secure your spot in the tournament for the following year.

Yes, all green fees, for you and your partner are included in the entry fee. This includes the Thursday scramble, Friday round and Saturday round.

No, drinks during events and pool time can be charged to your individual hotel room, as they are not included in your entry fee.

Absolutely! Please bring your children (of all ages) to the dinner parties. We highly encourage the family atmosphere and want your children to enjoy the event as much as you do.

Casual/Semi-Dressy. Most gentlemen wear nice shorts or slacks, with a button down or golf shirt. Most ladies enjoy the comfort of a sun dress or nice summer outfit.

The Ladies Happy Hour will be held at 3:30- 5:00 pm on Friday in the La Sierra.

Yes, each lady who attends the Happy Hour should bring a gift valued at $100.
